Here's everything you need to know about how and when your Maddie and Madison order reaches you.
Where we deliver
For now, we ship within the United States only.
Getting your order ready
We pack and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. That window runs Monday through Friday and excludes public holidays.
Time on the road
After dispatch, delivery typically takes another 8–12 business days.
Start to finish
All in, plan on roughly 9–15 business days between placing your order and having it in hand.
What it costs
Nothing extra — shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Following your parcel
The moment your order leaves us, a tracking link lands in your inbox. Tracking events usually start updating 3–8 business days after the parcel departs the warehouse, so don't worry if it's quiet at first.
Paying for your order
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay and Bancontact. Every payment runs over a secure, SSL-encrypted connection.
If your address isn't right
An incomplete or incorrect address can stop a delivery in its tracks. If that happens, we'll get in touch to arrange a redelivery or another solution — but please double-check your details at checkout to avoid the delay.
When an order counts as delivered
Once the carrier records your parcel as delivered, the delivery is considered complete.
